Corte Bolla: tradition and technology for a modern, functional and low consumption restoration.
In the heart of the historical "borgo" of Soave (Verona) - in the ancient seat of Cantine Bolla, in which was born the production of world famous Soave white wine - took place a remarkable restoration in which the quality of project and build mean quality of living.
The project - designed by Giampiero Bellomi and realised by Italedil/Gruppo Bonazzi - has required the complete demolition of the main body of the building of Cantine Bolla facing Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a partial breaking up of the one facing Vicolo Pullici (called “tettoia”) and the conservative restoration of Villa Bolla (the ancient house of the founder's family).
The intervention has just finished: it led to the completion of 63 residences, 4 directional spaces and 5 commercial buildings of antique look perfectly integrated with innovative building criteria which allow an high energetic efficiency and a strong reduction in consumptions.
Corte Bolla proposes technological and constructive elements with great attention on energetic and environmental sustainability: heating and cooling are driven by geotermic feelers, the hydro-thermo fixtures are centralized and flexible to ensure the higher energetic savings and the lowest maaintenance costs. An high coefficient of thermal and sound insulation for flooring walls and windows are some of the other elements characterizing an intervention capable of offering the highest level of life.
Thanks to the most innovative technical solutions, Corte Bolla has granted the prestigious CasaClima-KlimaHaus® Energy Certification (B level), released by the European-certified institution Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano.
