The Quality System

 

Respect for the environment, commitment to sustainable development and our ongoing pursuit of excellence: Albertini has always considered Quality as the main aim of its activity and feels strongly that this vision should be shared by the whole organisation in order to change and renovate the culture of the entire production process in the company.

 

The main aspects it does involve are:

- have the awareness of the Quality expected by the clients and its satisfaction;
- create a set of common goals in the Organisation and establish favourable surroundings to involve the employees in the achievement of these objectives;
- choose the right people and assure them an adequate professional training in order to improve their knowledge and professional capacity;
- define some guide rules of the Organisation;
- work through objectives;
- see as fundamental aim the constant improvement at all levels of the Organisation;
- collect, evaluate and organise the information necessary for an efficient and successful management of the production process;
- identify the strategic suppliers and work in sinergy with them.

 

The Quality System is a strategic choice to create a reliable management of the company and try to satisfy all parts involved (clients, employees, investors, environment and suppliers).

 

Since 2004 we are NFRC certified within the USA market.
